Order Processing Times

• All regular products orders are processed within 3 business days.

• Custom orders are processed 5-7 business days and we will send photo when it get done, and shipped after confirmation of customer.

• Orders received after 12PM will be processed the next business day.

Order Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: We provide FREE shipping worldwide service, shipping time 3-5 days (peak season 5-7 days).

• Expedited Shipping: For one or two days delivery service, please contact us for more details.

Shipping Charges

• FREE Charge shipping for all eligible orders. 

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Returns and Exchanges

• Neon signs are fragile! If there's any damage during shipping, we will send the replacement parts or new sign for FREE.

• We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
