Neon signs are fragile! If there's any damage during shipping, we will send the replacement parts or new sign for FREE.

Returns

  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom orders, damaged by buyer, not with original packaging.
